WARRANTY

FSL Palette & Renovation Inc. stands behind our workmanship and materials with a comprehensive two-year warranty. In the event of paint failure, we commit to providing labor and materials to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Our obligation is limited to addressing the specific conditions outlined in the agreement/contract. However, please note that this warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages resulting from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, temperature fluctuations, settling, or moisture-related issues such as nail pops or cracks due to expansion or contraction.

– Horizontal walking surfaces such as decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and wood gutters.
– Paint failure caused by rotted wood, structural deficiencies, moisture infiltration, failure of previous paint coatings, or insect damage.
– Any work not performed by FSL Palette & Renovation Inc.
– Projects where FSL Palette & Renovation Inc. did not supply the paint or other materials.
– Varnished surfaces.
– Surfaces composed of or containing galvanized metal.
– Bleeding resulting from knots, rust, or cedar.
– Cracks in drywall, plaster, or wood.

When conducting warranty repairs, FSL Palette & Renovation Inc. cannot guarantee exact paint color matching. Repairs covered under this limited warranty will only address areas exhibiting peeling, blistering, or chipping, and will be performed to the level of surface preparation specified in the agreement/contract.

– Payment of the full contract price is required.
– Retain a copy of the original contract for reference.
– Ensure the property is accessible to FSL Palette & Renovation Inc. for repair work.
